Valerie Street House
A new 4,000 sf home for a family of 5 who likes to entertain, one major design goal was to provide spatial flexibility that will comfortably accommodate groups of different sizes and for different purposes.
An open plan parti was utilized to achieve this goal. All the public spaces are organized around the living room. Airy and spacious, the living room has a wall of French doors that open onto an outdoor covered porch with a view to the beautifully landscaped backyard and a pool.
Master bedroom and library are located on the ground floor. Secondary bedrooms and an activity room occupy the second floor.
